Perfection My husband and I stopped by at Hyannis Honda to refinance our current at the time car. The moment we stepped out from the car Jason ( our Honda dealer My husband and I stopped by at Hyannis Honda to refinance our current at the time car. The moment we stepped out from the car Jason ( our Honda dealer ) came to greet us and introduced himself. During the three hours we spent there he was beyond helpful, nice, attendive and accommodating. My husband and I ended up upgrading our car to 2017 CRV and we left with the new car the same day. Five weeks after purchasing we had an issue with the car and we called Jason late night ( after 8p.m. ), explained to him what’s happening and he was more than kind to drive all the way to our house after work hours to check himself what is wrong with our brand new car. He had the car tolled to Hyannis Honda free of charge for us and made it priority in their service so we can have it back ASAP. We got the car back on the next day after complete computer screening. A week later the same issue came up so we called him again and since both me and my husband were working the whole day Jason came straight to our job to discuss the problem with us and took care of everything again. Both of the times we were provided with a rental car free of charge. Jason is excellent professional. He is exceptional !!!I highly recommend him for your future visits at Hyannis Honda !!! More

A few weeks ago we decided to add an additional Honda to our 'stable.' With a 14 year old Dodge Dakota overdue for retirement, we had our eye on the Honda Ridgeline. Kevin Desmarais, from their Sales Dept., spent a generous amount of time with us, demonstrating all the (many!) features of the Ridgeline. After a short and amazingly painless negotiation, we signed on the dotted line and took delivery of the nicest truck I've ever had the pleasure to own. Zero defects - quiet, smooth, and amazingly good on gas, especially for a vehicle that will tow 5,000 lbs! I'm astounded at how comfortable and quiet this truck is. “Posh” is not too strong a word. I break into a smile every time I drive it. Service on our CR-V has been very good, and their Orleans branch of the service department is very handy for those of us on the Outer Cape. I’m confident that the Ridgeline will get plenty of similar TLC at either location (Hyannis or Orleans). Kevin deserves a 10 out of ten for meeting our needs and answering all our questions. He asked what we were Interested in and we told him the Pilot, but after getting the numbers on My wife and I walked into Hyannis Honda and met Jason.
