Best Car Buying Experience Ever! This car was a replacement for my 2008 CR-V which served me well for ten years. I went to Hyannis Honda on a Thursday and was able to drive my 2017 CR This car was a replacement for my 2008 CR-V which served me well for ten years. I went to Hyannis Honda on a Thursday and was able to drive my 2017 CR-V home on Friday. In between everyone I met treated me and my partner with respect and honesty...making the entire experience a pleasure. It was really the most outstanding of car-buying events I have ever had. There was no pressure, all of our questions were answered fully, and all arrangements for financing, registration, and insurance were completed perfectly and with no effort on my part. We can't thank James Chouinard enough for a very extensive and thorough introduction to the wonders on the 2017 CR-V. What an amazing car!! And....what a happy time we had buying it!!! Low tire pressure, new car I visited the service department in the morning for a low tire pressure which turned out to be fine. Later in the day Connie Whalen called to see if I was interested in turning my leased Accord in for a newer Accord. My lease did not end until 2018. Told Connie I was interested in the Civic and also wanted to reduce my payments. Kevin Desmarais, Sales Consultant took me for a test drive and was very helpful explaining the options. Connie was able to negotiate lower payments and get me into a Civic with many options, along with Kevin Desmarais. Being a single women turning a vehicle in for a newer vehicle is very stressful. Working with Connie and Kevin made it very easy. More
