While the whole Hyannis Honda sales team was extremely helpful and friendly, I want to specifically mention our sales rep, Jason Kustanovitz. He first responded to an online request I made by calling and leaving me a message shortly after I submitted the info request. He then followed up the next day with an email. He continued sending me emails every few days, updating me with his schedule and requesting I contact him. I've never done business with Hyannis Honda but I found it most considerate that he did not hound me with phone calls. As a matter of fact, telephone harassment by another local dealer was the exact reason I did not consider even visiting them.. This sales approach in itself made me decide to try working with them. We met Jason at 1:30 pm and he actually listened to us to learn what it was we were looking for. After a short time, he presented two vehicles based on that info, we took one for a test ride and by 4:30 pm we left the dealership with our new CR-V. This was the easiest and fastest car transaction I have ever experienced. More

Kevin was everything a great sales person could and should be. He was kind, considerate, patient, helpful... and it all went really smoothly and, especially for a car transaction, painlessly. They are clearly hiring better people there now. One small example... when we came back from lunch to pick up the car, upon entering the dealership another salesperson that we didn't know at all said "Welcome, Kevin will be right with you."
