My time at the dealership was well spent. Jake was prepared, understood my needs, and did not try to push me into anything I was not comfortable with. At the end of the day, now having driven my brand new Honda Touring, I could not be happier with my selection. I honestly think this is my favorite car that I have ever owned. I love the Honda product so far, and I have driven many cars over the years. I feel safe and I drive it with pride. Poor service Again, Hyannis Honda service department has done another poor job. About a year ago they replaced my rear brakes. Turns out some clip that holds the brake pads in place wasn't assembled properly. One pad totally wore down and now I need to replace it to the tune of over $300.00. I can't stress enough that Hyannis Honda will just take your money and tell you what you want to hear to make a sale and their service department does inferior work. That's why I took my business to another Honda dealership off Cape. I have purchased probably seven Honda throughout my lifetime. Once my Crosstour is repaired I'm going to trade it in and leave the Honda brand. I phoned Honda of America to lodge a complaint and they pretty much said good luck. More
