Knowledgeable sales team! I went in with the intention to buy a Honda Fit to lower my payments on my vehicle. Joe took me for a test drive and could see I was not totally impre I went in with the intention to buy a Honda Fit to lower my payments on my vehicle. Joe took me for a test drive and could see I was not totally impressed. Going from a Crosstour to a fit was a great jump in car. He then showed me a Civic Touring that I fell in love with driving. He offered to find a Civic with a step down to lower my payments more, but I was sold on the Touring. Love my new car and am glad Joe was so open and honest with me about the difference in driving and was not pushy about the higher priced vehicle, but knew the Fit was not a fit for me. He would have sold me the cheaper car, but knew my heart was not in it. Thanks for that. More

After all the pondering over the color, we ended up with a white one! We really just went to see the colors they had! After deciding on to purchase it and it was ready, Jason was very thorough in explaining all of the new things that there are now on this model that we never had on our other CRVs. He listened to what I wanted, and although I wasn't expecting to purchase a car that day, we were able to work out deal that I couldn't say no to. The whole process was stress free due to Peter's easy going manner. When I picked up the car, Peter ended up spending more than an hour with me patiently explaining and showing me how to set up the many options on the car's electronics.
