Kevin was everything a great sales person could and should be. He was kind, considerate, patient, helpful... and it all went really smoothly and, especially for a car transaction, painlessly. They are clearly hiring better people there now. One small example... when we came back from lunch to pick up the car, upon entering the dealership another salesperson that we didn't know at all said "Welcome, Kevin will be right with you." From the immediate internet connection and communication, I was made to feel important and that it was about me being happy, not about Hyannis Honda or Jake Roberts selling another car. My time at the dealership was well spent. Jake was prepared, understood my needs, and did not try to push me into anything I was not comfortable with. At the end of the day, now having driven my brand new Honda Touring, I could not be happier with my selection. I honestly think this is my favorite car that I have ever owned. I love the Honda product so far, and I have driven many cars over the years. I feel safe and I drive it with pride.
