Mark was very accommodating and had very interesting stories to tell while we waited for other departments to do their work at finalizing the deal. I highly recommend this dealership. I told him I was looking for a 2016 HRV and he was very active in looking for one for me. Unfortunately, the only three on the lot already spoken for, but he was quick to make up for it when he brought out a stunning 2017 model. We test drove it and I was in love! "Is there anything stopping you from taking this Honda home today?" he asked me and I responded, "If the price is right, nothing will stop me." He did everything he could to get me the payment I wanted and the financing team was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way, answering all my questions with knowledge and expertise. At the end of the day, I drove off with my new Honda and I couldn't be happier with both the car and the service! More
