A hassle free experience Previous to going to Hyannis Honda I had been to 2 other Honda dealerships. The first one I visited had horrible customer service staff so I left, the Previous to going to Hyannis Honda I had been to 2 other Honda dealerships. The first one I visited had horrible customer service staff so I left, the second one gave me an online quote and then when I went in to buy the car they said the quote was with military discount included and not taking into account the wheel locks and other accessories they had put on the car (that they advertise as free and that I didn't ask for) so the price of the car went up $800 and I left. When I visited Hyannis Honda they matched the quote given to me by the other dealer and did NOT increase the price as the other dealer had. Hyannis Honda also gave me a pretty fair price for my trade, an additional $500 off for being a recent college, and a really low interest rate. They were able to have the car ready for me to pick up the next day and my salesman Mark Perry answered all of my questions and explained how all of the features in the car worked. The whole experience was just so simple and straight forward compared to the other dealers I had visited and the customer service staff was great. More

From start to finish, Mike provided a friendly, hassle-free car buying experience. I also would like to mention that one of our interactions with Mike was while he was on his drive home, after working a full day. Once Mike learned that Carrie and I had availability that evening to accomplish some paperwork, he turned around and went directly back to the dealership and stayed several hours beyond his scheduled shift. Mike worked very hard to make sure the price of the vehicle, and the value of our trade in, met our specific needs. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Honda CRV and are very happy with the vehicle.
