We checked with two other Honda dealers, found the service at Hyannis far superior over the others and we preferred to stay on the Cape for service reasons. Unsatisfied in Service Department I have heard nothing but good things about Hyannis Honda and my uncle has been purchasing his cars there for over 15 years. After he had moved and I received his 2010 Honda Civic I knew that if I ever had a problem Hyannis Honda would be more than happy to help. Although, unfortunately today, I received poor customer service in the service department. I had called asking for help with the error code on my radio because my code number was not working. The employee I had spoken to, who did not give his name, I felt as though was rushing the phone call and did not stay on the phone to help until the problem was solved. I had ended the phone call by saying "Thank you" and "Have a nice day" but the employee replied with nothing and hung up the phone. This was my first experience, myself, with Hyannis Honda and I am not quite sure if I would go back. More
