Within minutes of my inquiry I received his call. I was looking to replace my sedan with a 4WD due to current weather conditions. After three or four phone calls we came to an agreement regarding my trade and the purchase of the CRV. It was obviously contingent on his seeing mine and I yours. I believe that I received very good value for the prices paid. The only negative experience I had was with the pick up of my 2015 CR-V. I showed up on time and I had to wait over one hour to receive my vehicle and I never received the normal new car pick up treatment from Mike. He was very apologetic after the fact and explained that he was with a customer that had shown up hours late for their appointment. He should have explained the problem to the late customer and made them wait since they were the cause of the problem. However, this did not happen. I told Caleb I went to other Honda facilities and wanted to see what Hyannis Honda could offer me. Do your research, it is a must! Caleb was there with expert knowledge on alternatives and suggestions. There is a reason why Hyannis Honda is a high volume dealership. My overall experience was great. *Remember, when you go in any financial and purchase office, they do try and get you to buy extended warranties. Again, do your homework beforehand. When she initially looked at the figures she didn't think it would work to my benefit and so she gave me her card and to keep her in mind in the future. but when I got home I did some calculating of my existing loans and found a way that maybe it could work.
