This was to be his first car. My overall time working with Peter Stout of Hyannis Honda spanned approximately 3 weeks. When we first met, I told Peter I was not ready to buy but just wanted to test drive a 2015 Honda Accord in order to see if the new CVT equipped Accord was to be a contender in my search. Peter allowed me to do a comprehensive test drive and continued to work with me during my ongoing search. My wife and I now own a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L purchased on December 13, 2014 from Hyannis Honda and am very satisfied with the Car and my purchase experience. More

They were also efficient, recognizing that time is important for customers too. Our salesperson was Peter Stout. He was very personable and didn't play any "games." After the sale was complete he took extra time to show us features of our new car and did things like sync our cell phones, something he certainly did not have to do. He was top-notch; he made the buying experience a complete pleasure. I can also speak to the service because that department had to get our new car ready and because it had serviced my old CRV. The Service Department, like the Sales Department was 5 star too. More

I had my heart set on a particular color that was not on the lot. Caleb assured me that he could obtain the vehicle that I was interested in so we quickly decided to make the purchase. We test drove two other models and my husband chose the 2015 Accord. Caleb was very patient and gave us time to consider all available options. Great lease deal. Went in expecting to lease a base model Accord or Civic. Saw higher end model Accord but the monthly payment was out of range. The monthly payment dropped three times to get it in the price range where we wanted to be. Great to work with. Very fair and reasonable. No regrets. We drove out in a beautiful 2015 Accord and very happy. Would recommend this dealer and will go back ourselves in the future. More

We were delighted, when less than an hour later we walked out with the exact deal that we had wanted and come in for. My husband joked that it was easier than going to Sears and buying a new lawn mower. I can not say enough good things about our sales guy James S. either. He made our family feel very comfortable and did not use any pressure techniques, just pure honesty. This is my second car purchased through Hyannis Honda and I anticipate that it will not be my last. More
