I had a great experience at Hyannis Honda! My husband had been admitted to a hospital in Boston and I needed a reliable fuel efficient car. I know Honda is both and felt confident in buying one. They said we won't need honda care plan-- HA I will start by saying we bought an Accord V-6 coupe a year and a half ago. It was a car we wanted for quite a long time but with kids in car seats it I will start by saying we bought an Accord V-6 coupe a year and a half ago. It was a car we wanted for quite a long time but with kids in car seats it wasn't a good suit. It was "certified used" and when we went through the finance phase were told of the Honda Care warrantee and told "it's certified so you really don't need it" boy are we glad we got it. Within a year we started having problems. In the end we are stuck with a car we are not happy with as it doesn't run like a Honda should. It runs louder than any other Honda I've owned (just have learnt to crank the stereo up real loud to drown out the engine) also shifts hard at times. Really wish that our salesman we've used many times was able to help us out better when he talked to the owner of the dealership, seeing as we have bought many Honda's there and we would have stayed with them, but when they treat you as if you just walked in off the street and being a repeat customer that was a slap in the face. Glad we bought the Honda care plan because otherwise we'd be out close to $7000 with rentals, parts and labor. Norman in the service department has been excellent throughout this whole ordeal of trying to correctly diagnose all this cars issues. I will continue to use the service department but will not do business with their sales department. More

They recently purchased a CRV and suggested we ask for Jake Roberts. We were not sure we wanted to purchase a Honda but after speaking with Jake we made the decision to purchase a new CRV. Jake was friendly, low key and exteremely knowledgeable about the Honda products. He spent quite a bit of time working with us to be sure we selected the model and features we wanted. The day of delivery he spent a great deal of time going through all the features of the CRV and how to properly operate the vehicle. I would highly recommend Hyannis Honda and definetly ask for Jake Roberts for the best shopping/buying experience. More

I went in and spoke with Andrew Burling. I knew exactly what I wanted and he offered a few suggestions but respected what I wanted and did not pressure me into anything. This was an easy process and I was able to pick my car up within a few days. I was very steadfast on what I wanted, what I wanted to pay for it, what options and color I wanted. Not once, was I made to feel like I was wrong or that it couldn't or wouldn't happen. I was demanding the best for my family and myself and I got that and more. What a friendly, happy person I got to work with. Someone who saw what I saw and why I saw the value in my car. He never tried to talk me out of that model or into something I couldn't afford. I loved the no pressure, no gimmick salesmanship. I will come back when I can and I will hope to work with Andrew again. Thank you for helping me get my very first brand new car Andrew! More

On Saturday, we met Andrew, for the test drive through the final purchase that we were satisfied and felt comfortable with the decision.
