When we purchased our very first one, we had looked at m Just to let you know that this is our fourth CR-V that we have purchased from Hyannis Honda. When we purchased our very first one, we had looked at many different makes and models. The selling point for us was the solid sound that you could hear as you closed the doors. I hate to say this but many of the cars we looked at sounded less than solid. I know that the sound of a car door closing probably ranks low on the list of selling points, but to me it imparts a sense of safety. I was very pleased to note that the 2014 CR-V that we purchased still has that solid sound. Our sales consultant, Patrick Yezukevicz, was available for each and every question that we had. The Honda CR-V has served us well over the years, and Patrick and his associates have made owning a dependable CR-V very enjoyable. They worked with me on the trade in of my 2002 CRV and I left the lot with a used car instead of a new CRV but one that was more comfortable and we all liked more. They did not mind me changing my mind mid-stream and were very accommodating. I've bought 3 different cars now from Hyannis Honda. my 2002 CRV. A 2012 Honda Fit and now a used 2012 Honda CRV. I've always enjoyed doing business with this dealership and when going in for maintenance checkups their waiting room has comfortable chairs, a TV, coffee and donuts for you and friendly service agents.
