I had previously bought a 2009 Accord EX-L from this dealership and had been extremely pleased with the sales experience, the vehicle and the service department. I also own a 2002 Honda S2000 which I am dealership and had been extremely pleased with the sales experience, the vehicle and the service department. I also own a 2002 Honda S2000 which I am very fussy about and have had it serviced exclusively at this dealership as well. I was having service done on my 2009 Accord the other day and thought I would take a look at the 2013 Accords as I had heard a lot about them from reading various car magazines. I asked to speak with Dennis Granit , who assisted me with my previous purchase, and told him I might be interested in buying a new car. Dennis spent a considerable amount of time showing me the features of the new Accords and we took a test ride in a 2013 Accord Touring. I was very impressed and asked Dennis to work up some numbers for me, but explained to him that since this would be my wife's car, if we arrived at a deal I would have to run it by her first. No problem. I had done some research on line about what my old car was worth and what the new one should cost me, and the original number that Dennis came up with was very close. We talked a little more and soon came to agreement on what was to me a fair price. I then told Dennis that I wanted to purchase a few dealer add ons (side mouldings, vent for the sunroof, and wheel flaps) Dennis said he could order these, have the service department install them, get the registration transferred, and have the car ready to go the next day. I went home, talked to my wife about the car and called Dennis back that night and told him the deal was on. The next day we picked up the new car. We have not had a lot of time to try the new car out, but both my wife and I already really like the car. As far as this dealership goes, I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in a new or used car. There are no high presuure tactics, their prices are fair and the people throughout the dealership are top notch. I live about 30 miles from this dealership, and since I purchased my last Honda, a new Honda dealership has opened about 6 miles from my house. It is newer, bigger, with the most modern of facilities, but I could not imagine being treated any better than I have been at Hyannis Honda and that sort of service and attention is worth driving a little further for! I was very satisfied with the service at Hyannis Honda. I came in to look for a new used car and ended up picking one out that day. Chris was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from Rick Gravina , at the Orleans Auto Center. The first was a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Track I saw on the lot while driving by. Rick provided me with the vehicle data I needed to make a decision. We haggled a bit about the price and settled on a fair price. A few days after taking possession I noticed a pulsating when braking at high speed. I returned and Rick brought me to John, the Service Manager. John decided to change the front rotors and "turn" the rear. This vehicle drives like "new". The second vehicle I purchased was a 2009 Mercury Milan for my wife who wound up in a bad accident which totaled her Kia Spectra. Rick showed me the Milan which had just arrived on the lot. I told him I was interested and would return with my wife around closing time. We were a bit late but Rick waited for us. He explained everything about the vehicle to my wife and then let us take a test drive to be sure she would enjoy driving it. She did very much and I purchased it the next day. The dealer and sales person we were assigned was more than helpful -- after our very long time of not buying a new car (17 years) we needed lots of questions answered. The lease on the 2011 Honda Accord was coming to the end in another month so I visited the dealership to check out the Honda CRV. It was then that I met Dennis Granit and he ,with no pressure I might add, discussed the features of the new Accord in 2013. It was because of this time spent with Dennis that I asked for him when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. The whole process was professional and painless and everyone involved made my experience a positive one. My husband and I recently leased 2 vehicles from Hyannis Honda. We usually purchase vehicles every 3 years so we are very experienced in doing this. We hate dealing with the pushy car salesman, we are always overcharged, and what we tell the salesman what we want to pay each month is usually over by $100.00 by the time we are ready to sign for the new cars. Hyannis honda changed that. Our experience with Scott and the finance team was wonderful. There was no hassle, what he said our monthly payments were going to be they were right on to the dollar when we went to sign. I will most definitely come here when we are ready to purchase / lease again. The service department is nothing short of amazing also. You are only told you need what you need. I have never felt taken advantage of there. I really appreciate all the help and wonderful service and attentiveness we received here. Thank you so much again! More
