Had recently been discharged from hospital, Had seen the vehicle I was interested in at Hyannis Honda, Spoke with Chris Sims via telephone. We took vehicle for a test drive, I was impressed with Chris and his ability to answer my concerns and questions. We discussed price. My biggest concern was although I wanted vehicle I was not able to close the deal for at least a week or so until I felt a little better. When Chris sims returned to dealership were able to discuss all the final details over the telephone. Chris Sims arranged it so I could pick up the vehicle on my time schedule. The day I picked up said vehicle, everything went according to schedule, Between Chris Sims and Will Holland I was at the dealership the least amount of time possible. The vehicle was even inspected, I have dealt with Hyannis Honda in the past, this is the main reason I chose to purchase another vehicle from Hyannis Honda, and let me conclude last but not least, In my opinion Honda is a high quality vehicle, and their sales and service staff is top notch!! Dan was definitely not "pushy" or "over-bearing." He was succinct and was easy to understand in terms of the vehicle itself. During the test drive, he acquainted me with some features that were not available in my 2008 CRV - availability of camera when going in reverse and Blue Tooth, to name a few.
