Purchased a 2012 accord EXL Tony made it very easy pleasurable to deal with. They took the car to detail and I asked if there was any way they could put a little wax on it and that did not happen I gu pleasurable to deal with. Typical Dealer Bait and Switch Was working with Sean Rausch via email regarding HondaCare on a new 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. He was responsive via email, not exactly the most kind as he questioned if I knew my vehicle was indeed a Hybrid or not. After discussing price of the warranty via email with Sean, he then quoted me a number and I replied back to confirm that it was indeed on the 8 year/120,000 mile zero dollar deductible HondaCare warranty to which he replies "Nevermind, I was looking at the wrong line". Seems like a bait and switch to me.... Spent several hours communication with Sean only to be lied to. BUYER BEWARE. More

Given the current Covid situation both made leasing the car over the phone a smooth process without an hassle. I think this what impresses me the most about the dealership as they are straight forward, no games and gives you an honest appraisal and purchase price. I appreciate this and no high pressure! I will certainly recommend Tom to friends and at some point we will all met each other without masks! They were able to get me out of lease which was a 2018 Honda Civic Coupe LXP and into a 2020 Civic Sport Sedan a year and a half before my lease ended. It was an easy process and no BS. Keep in mind, I've leased 6 Hondas within the past 10 years at numerous dealerships in the North Shore/Boston. I can assure you, that I will ONLY purchase/lease from Hyannis Honda going forward.
