Excellent service and friendly treatment. I have purchased or leased three Hondas through Mark Arnold. He is a friendly and knowledgeable person who explained the features of the various CRV " I have purchased or leased three Hondas through Mark Arnold. He is a friendly and knowledgeable person who explained the features of the various CRV "s that I was interested in and we took a trial road test to see how the LX handled. Mark described the differences between the LX anf the EX. We decided on the EX. . I took a couple of days to arrange the dpwn payment./ My wife and I came to the showroom and he went over the features of i again. Mark didn't go over the Lane Departure Warning, the ACC, the FCW, LDW, LKAS and the RDM to give me a few days to get more familiar with the vehicle. He told me he would explain these items when I was ready. The whole experience was was pleasant and Mark was amusing and cooperative.. . More
