Paul carried out the ethics and high standards which Hyannis Honda advertises, BUT IN FACT, upholds and HONORS to their customers. I am already thinking about my next CRV touring model in black, with navigation. However, when the color that my wife wanted wasn't there, Patrick said that he would try to find us one. Well, during the weekend we changed our minds about the color and went back to see a different one. Then, we changed our minds again back to our original color but in the EX-L model that was on the lot. During this whole "ordeal" Patrick was very friendly, understanding and professional. He kept saying that he didn't mind and that he just wanted to make sure that we were happy with our new car. Well, we are and I certainly would recommend Hyannis Honda,and Patrick in particular.
