But when my 2008 Honda CRV had a major breakdown and friends talked me out of paying a lot of money to repair a 10-year old car, I picked up the phone and called Hyannis Honda. Within an hour, I had a new car, a good deal, arranged for my old car to be towed from Martha's Vineyard to Hyannis Honda body shop. It was about as easy as it gets. My salesman, Peter Marancik, secured me the color I wanted, and I picked it up the following week (He picked me up at the ferry in Woodshole and drove me to the car dealer). My only regret - and it's completely my fault - is I did not leave adequate time to allow Peter to familiarize me with all the bells and whistles. But I have another date to go back. I had been to Hyannis Honda a couple of times for airbag replacement on my old car and was impressed with the customer service. I was very pleased with the whole process. They gave me a good price without a lot of hassle. What more can you ask for? More

The people at this dealership are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Tony Snyder made things happen quickly at the service department when it needed an inspection and very helpful in explaining all the new features on the vehicle.
