Who knew, when we walked into Hyannis Honda planning to trade-in and upgrade our 2008 Civic that we would end up test driving four different models, p Who knew, when we walked into Hyannis Honda planning to trade-in and upgrade our 2008 Civic that we would end up test driving four different models, plus this very new and beautiful car. The Clarity is like nothing we ever even considered buying. But it rides like a dream and so far, in two weeks of ownership, we have yet to buy gas. Paul Hickey, our salesman, was very patient and clearly explained this very knew technology. There's a lot to learn, and even though we don't consider ourselves 'early adopters' we are happy with our decision. We encourage everyone to consider how to burn less fossil fuel -- and this car gives us some interesting choices with both electric and hybrid technology. Go for it! More

This week, we purchased a 2018 Pilot and worked with Andy Bolam. We appreciated Andy’s patience, knowledge of Hondas and his enthusiasm as a whole. He’s a real go getter esp. when it came to working within our tight schedule. Kudos to Jake Roberts, as well, who went over all required financial paperwork and explained various options. Both Andy and Jake streamlined the car buying process. We’ve had our car less than a week and we’re quite satisfied with our purchase. Would highly recommend working with the crew at Hyannis Honda. But I wanted to try out the CRV, so went into Hyannis Honda, where I met Paul. Paul is very low key, but got me into the CRV model and color that I wanted (rain sensing wipers are a must for me!) at a great price. He then got me a terrific price for my trade in, so the decision to buy this car (vs the competitor I was considering) was a real no brainer. All through the process, Paul stayed on top of everything that needed to be done, and when he turned my car over to me, he offered his help at any time. I know he'll be my go to guy at Honda now. Thanks for a great car and a great buying experience! More

He told my wife about the the different trim levels (options). We decided on the CRV touring edition. It is roomy and affords us great gas mileage. We traded a car The dealership gave us fair market value. Even the extended warranty was affordable. When we picked up the car Paul h went over all the options and set up the Bluetooth for the phone. Tony the sales manger took our trade. he gave us Fair market value for it and their was no haggling. Tony gave us a great price. The extended warranty was good value so it was a no brainer to include that as well. When we picked up the vehicle it was ready to go and Paul did a great job explaining the options and pairing our cell phones to the blue tooth. Tony was excellent to deal with and we really did feel part of the honda family. it truly was no pressure or gimmicks and was an easy way to purchase a vehicle More

Purchase of 2016 Honda CRV We recently purchased a 2016 Honda CRV at the Hyannis Honda dealership. We had never owned a Honda car, and knew very little about the dealership. W We recently purchased a 2016 Honda CRV at the Hyannis Honda dealership. We had never owned a Honda car, and knew very little about the dealership. We had researched the car we wanted, and the options we were looking for. We were met at the door by Michael Kelliher, and immediately felt very comfortable with him. He listened to what we wanted, and confirmed that the car was still on the lot for sale. He then arranged a test drive, and we were impressed with the car, and how it drove. Back at the dealership, we negotiated a price, and told Michael we never made a decision on the spot, and would discuss this and get back to him the next day. He was fine with this, and told him we would call the next day. After discussion, we decided to purchase the CRV. We picked up, and made the transaction quite smoothly. The only little glitch was that we needed to get an inspection sticker. During the inspection, we learned that a new battery was put in when the car was traded in, and it needed to go 100miles before an inspection sticker could be obtained. It meant returning to the dealership. Upon our return Michael was helpful in figuring out radio channels, phone hook up etc. Computer issues are not our strong suit. We like our CRV a lot, love the gas mileage and versatility of the car. We have yet to bring car back for any service but our initial impression of Michael and Hyannis Honda is very positive. Since our purchase, we have heard good things from friends about the dealership. We are very satisfied. More
