All my past experiences, with the exception of Hyannis Honda, were actually gruesome. By this I mean game playing, misrepresentations & long protracted back & forth negotiations. Paul carried out the ethics and high standards which Hyannis Honda advertises, BUT IN FACT, upholds and HONORS to their customers. I am already thinking about my next CRV touring model in black, with navigation. I sincerely hope Paul will still be there to assist me, but if not, I feel confident his colleagues will carry on with the same esteemed reputation. Enjoy your experience.
