second visit-I left within minutes of new saleslady I had been working with Jeff Crystal. Woman who greeted me said he no longer worked there. She would not give me any information on cars unles I had been working with Jeff Crystal. Woman who greeted me said he no longer worked there. She would not give me any information on cars unless I gave her my name and number Very rudely spoken , and smelled of smoke. Another great experience! We are on our second CRV lease and have been doing business with Jake for both. Jake is very professional, personable and responsive to calls and text We are on our second CRV lease and have been doing business with Jake for both. Jake is very professional, personable and responsive to calls and texts. When it came time to purchase a second car we shopped the Hyannis Honda website to see what our options were for a pre-owned vehicle. We saw that they had a 2012 Volvo on the lot and immediately contacted Jake to express our interest. We texted him at 8:30pm and he responded immediately and arranged to meet us the next morning. When we arrived, the car was washed, prepped and ready to go for our test drive. Even though not a Honda, Jake familiarized himself with the vehicle and its options so much so that we bought the car that day! We will continue to do business with Hyannis Honda for as long as Jake it there! More
