After researching makes and models online and test driving a Toyota Rav 4, he spotted an Obsidian Blue CR-V Touring on the Hyannis Honda website. He e-mailed website contact McKenzie Malone on the evening of 5/15/18, and at 9:30 AM on Wed, 5/16 she met him at the dealership. McKenzie introduced Jim to sales consultant James Chouinard, who showed my Jim the car we were interested in. After Jim C explained the various features of the car and took him on a test drive, my Jim made up his mind to purchase the vehicle, contingent on my approval. Jim C led my Jim to Sean Rausch, who expertly negotiated the financial aspects of the sale. After texting me a few pictures of the CRV, my Jim picked me up at work at 12 noon. I was pleased with my test drive and agreed to the purchase. We signed the necessary paperwork and I was back at work by 1 PM! (Incredible!!!) On Thursday, 5/17, we returned to the dealership to pick up our new CRV. Jim Chouinard showed us the various features of the car, carefully explaining to my technically challenged mind that this is by nature overwhelming, and that he will be available in the days and weeks to come as we familiarize ourselves with the important operating technicalities of this incredible car. On a scale of 1 to 10, James Chouinard and his team rate a 20. Jim is knowledgeable, patient, and has a way of putting his clients at ease. We never felt pressured or intimidated, and the process of buying and taking possession of our new vehical could not have gone more smoothly. We love our Honda CR-V Touring and we have confidence in Jim C and his promise to support us in the future - bravo to all at Hyannis Honda! More

I was able to browse outside at the cars without being "swarmed" and once I went inside, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Jeff Bristol. He was amazing, knowledgeable, personable and helpful and he answered my questions thoroughly. I didn't feel pressured in any way. Although I went in on my birthday "just looking", I left purchasing/leasing a 2018 Honda HRV which I love!! Relaxed, Comfortable Experience Car Shopping Shopping for a car is not my idea of how to spend a Saturday. Fortunately for us, we stopped at Hyannis Honda and were immediately greeted by Peter Ma Shopping for a car is not my idea of how to spend a Saturday. Fortunately for us, we stopped at Hyannis Honda and were immediately greeted by Peter Marancik on the lot. Peter asked a few questions and zeroed in on the type of car I would be interested in. He selected two to drive, showing the similarities and differences of both. When it came time to talking finances-it was not painful! Peter was matter-of-fact, straight shooting, and I left with the lease of a beautiful CR-V. I was amazed because I loved the car I already was leasing (that was not a Honda) and I was sure that I would be leasing the same type again. I appreciate Peter's experience and knowledge of the Honda cars, and making the judgement of what I would really enjoy driving, feel safe in, and be able to afford. The experience was awesome, and I am so happy driving around in my beautiful car! More
