Steve Sommers was very friendly and knowledgable. He directed me to the cars that met the criteria I had given. I never got the feeling I was just a dollar sign to someone. But the reviews for Hyman Bros. were so good I took the chance. They took the car to an Audi dealer for an inspection (it is still under warranty) and rotated the tires and gave it an alignment. The shipping was just as simple; the carrier dropped the car off at my house about a week later. In sum, I wish all businesses were as truthful, caring, meticulous to detail and sincere in pleasing their customers. After giving up on finding the perfect car in my area, I found the car I was looking for through Autotrader.com and have to admit I was a bit suspicious and wary of a 1987 Cadillac with only 15,000 miles fo found the car I was looking for through Autotrader.com and have to admit I was a bit suspicious and wary of a 1987 Cadillac with only 15,000 miles for $7,900. On top of that, it was on the other side of the U.S. so I would have to have it shipped to Portland, Oregon (sight unseen - except for the extensive photos on the website). It seemed just too good to be true. However, after seeing that the dealership was well regarded with the Better Business Bureau I decided to give it a shot. I was amazed at how simple the procedure was. They overnight-ed the paperwork to me and included an overnight envelope for me to send it back. Jim assured me that everything would be okay with the shipping and such and it was. Within a few weeks the car arrived and it was every bit as impressive (more so, even) than I expected.
