She made it happen without us having to have that awkward and frustrating push back that often happens and I can't even begin to express how much I appreciate that. She took the time to answer all our questions and was very personable. I felt very comfortable and so so happy with my experience! We are now leasing the Santa Fe SEL and have zero complaints about our experience. Rosy, see you in 36 months!!! lol.
