The management also made a point of introducing themselves. Adam and Scott were helpful with questions and concerns I had. On my first visit to the dealership, I was greeted in the parking lot and asked if I needed help. I said yes and Ray came out to help. I told him I was browsing and not ready to sign on the dotted line. He did not pressure me to make a decision. We took a test drive. I told him when I would return if I decided to buy an Elantra. After serious research, I decided the Elantra was my car of choice. 0% financing also made my decision easy. I made an appointment with Ray, signed on the dotted line, purchased the car, signed the necessary documents with Steve, who was also a professional.and drove off the lot. Ray gave me an in depth tutorial, answered all my questions with patience and courtesy. He set up all the bells and whistles: bluelink, phone, radio, etc. I needed a refresher course, made another appointment with Ray. He patiently and with good humor gave me another tutorial. Ray Ighneim made buying a car, especially as a woman, a stress free and respectful experience. Ray exemplifies the motto of the Bay Ridge Hyundai: Transparency, Efficiency and Respect. More

In the middle of discussion about discounts etc, we were informed that someone put the deposit on that car. On Saturday we wanted to put the deposit return old car and make final agreement . They did not agree. Sales person just turned around left us on the floor . Absolutely not professional service. Sorry Hyundai . What a shame to have that kind of service. More

I contacted this dealership via their text feature and the person of whom I was speaking with was completely rude and had an attitude. I was in the market to purchase 2 vehicles (1 new and 1 used) and ask the person of whom I was speaking with was completely rude and had an attitude. I was in the market to purchase 2 vehicles (1 new and 1 used) and asked for some kind of discount that would be worth it for me. This person asked what I was willing to pay for her to earn my business. I gave her my number and she countered with hers. Her number was close to full price on both vehicles so not much of a discount. I declined their counter and wish them happy holidays. This is when she responded with " if you do the math, its not full price but thats fine " I strongly suggest management properly trains their staff in sales. No way to do business. Very unprofessional! If you have the option to go eslewhere, I strongly suggest you do so. More

Horrible! Went to look at a car and couldn’t settle on a price, got a call a few days later and we agreed on a price and we said we would take it. Was told the car was going to service and they would call price, got a call a few days later and we agreed on a price and we said we would take it. Was told the car was going to service and they would call as soon as it’s out so we could come down, we got the call that the car sold to someone else while it was in service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and now I know why most of the reviews are just like my experience. STAY AWAY! More

In short, I received exactly the offer I saw on the bay ridge Hyundai website. The staff was accommodating, friendly, informative, and patient. This is my first car, and Rocco walked us through all of the steps necessary to get driving. Helped us ensure the car, install the plates for us, and gave us a bumper protector. They set up the navigation for us, and taught us how to use all of the features in our new 2020 Hyundai Kona ultimate. I had wanted thunder grey, this color was not available (through absolutely no fault of theirs) So they gave me a call or I ended up liking even better, and upped the miles in my lease as an accommodation. The process was quick, easy, and a total 180 from previous experiences I had while looking for a car. I want to thank you all from the very bottom of my heart for an incredible experience.
