From our past experiences at other car dealerships, we expected to have a pushy salesman giving us the hard sell but instead we received a friendly, courteous, honest and well informed agent instead. We ended up driving away with a new vehicle when we had only come to look! Lawrence is very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We were very thankful he was our salesperson. The only downside was after the negotiation of the final price of the vehicle; I think we sat in the office for almost 2 hours, waiting for all the paperwork to sign. We have another car we purchased from the same dealership 4 years ago and have had excellent service from them. More
