I had my car there since July 25th for a diagnostic test, here it is October 2 and I still don’t have my car back. I finally found out last week what was wrong with my car, I sent my paperwork in that was re here it is October 2 and I still don’t have my car back. The service advisor doesn’t contact you to let you know what’s going on. I have to keep calling just to get an update or go up there! The person that answers the phone gets an attitude when you call. I had to call the manager just to get a call back for an update on my car. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you only have one vehicle. 1/10 It shouldn’t take this long for a diagnostic test. At least call the customer and give an updated especially if the vehicle hasn’t been touched when you told the customer. More

My car went in at 8:45AM, and wasn't done with giving back to me around 1:45PM. It went in for an Oil Change, and a Replacement Part on Top Passenger Hood. When finished the car was parked horizontally i back to me around 1:45PM. It went in for an Oil Change, and a Replacement Part on Top Passenger Hood. When finished the car was parked horizontally in on side of Customer Pick-up Area. A Customer whose car was parked in the Area was pulling out of Parking and hit my car Back Quarter Panel Driver Side. My Car should have been parked to where it was safe for a Customer to pull out. I brought my vehicle in yesterday because the low tire alert was on for my two rear tires and I couldn’t get it to turn off even after adding air. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I learned that my alert was on for my two rear tires and I couldn’t get it to turn off even after adding air. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I learned that my oil had been changed and my tires had been rotated in addition to the work I had requested. When I got in my car to leave, the low tire alert was still on for one of my tires. My service advisor tried to add air several times to resolve the issue to no avail so she took it back to a tech who realized there was a small nail in one of my tires which he then patched and I left. Approximately 1 hour after leaving the dealership, as I was driving home, I heard a loud pop and it sounded like a bunch of air had come out then I heard something dragging under my car. I pulled into a gas station and looked under the car and saw that there was a black piece hanging down from the engine and oil was leaking out. I immediately turned off the engine and called the Hyundai Roadside Service. After waiting over two hours and contacting another tow service because the one Hyundai Roadside Service contacted never showed up, my vehicle was towed back to your dealership. After my second call this morning I was told that my car needs an oil filter housing unit and it will take two days to get the part so it will be Wednesday before it even comes in. As a result, due to the negligence of your service technician, I am now without a car for at least 5 days and only hope that this didn’t do further damage to my engine. This is my first experience with a Hyundai and your service department. Considering this experience and the fact that my car is a 2023 with only 14,000 miles, I’d say I’m less than pleased to say the least. I’m hoping that the rest of my experience is better than it’s been so far. More
