Our visit to Hyundai of 110 proved that a positive experience while car shopping is indeed possible. From the moment my husband and I entered, we were greeted by Oluwa, and immediately we felt genuine experience while car shopping is indeed possible. From the moment my husband and I entered, we were greeted by Oluwa, and immediately we felt genuinely welcomed. She listened to our wants, and she quickly moved to show us the model we desired. Throughout the whole experience, we never felt as if any games were being played with us; Oluwa was upfront and open to listening to our feedback based on the research that we had done. What made this an even nicer experience was that Oluwa was kind enough to let us know that the process would take an hour or so, so she recommended we head out to lunch in the meantime. My husband and I were in good spirits the entire time. Also, the atmosphere in the dealership was clean, bright, and inviting---and the music playing was upbeat and enjoyable. The finance manager who assisted us with the lease paperwork was also warm and engaging. He made sure to explain everything to us and was thorough when answering our questions. The only sad part of the experience came when it was time to drive away in our new car because it was sad to say good-bye to Oluwa. In those couple of hours, she came to feel like an old friend. This experience was wholly worthwhile. More
