no contact after sale The overall experience while at the dealership was ok. But after getting home there were two items that needed to be addressed after the parts came in The overall experience while at the dealership was ok. But after getting home there were two items that needed to be addressed after the parts came in. One was a seat conditioner that protected the seats from absorbing water and getting saturated in dirt and the other was a hitch. When I arrived home I read that the seats are made from yes essential fabric that resist moisture(non mildew) and dirt, which I was unaware of, so called back to get the additive treatment cancelled, since it has not yet be put on. After 10 calls and messages left and 3 weeks later still no one will talk and still do not have my hitch or any information on when it will be ready to be installed. This place fails on the follow through. More
