2017 Elantra In general the sales experience was ok. However, the 'need' to sell a car, to drive to make sure that we did not leave the dealership without a sale, In general the sales experience was ok. However, the 'need' to sell a car, to drive to make sure that we did not leave the dealership without a sale, did help to create a situation that led me to a financial disadvantage with regards to my available budget. Hopefully I will not have to endure much hardship or have any regrets with my purchase. I would recommend the dealership further, but with the warning that EVERY line and number in the paperwork be proofed and that any spoken offers be noted and signatured even before the official paperwork is printed out. It would also be helpful if some of the information were clearly and directly presented as opposed to being buried in monthly payment info. I realize that it is sales strategy to present a sale in 'affordable monthly payments' as opposed to how much money is truly being paid out, but when the clear and simple question "How much does the car cost?" is repeated twice, then there should be a direct AND correct answer. I wish you mcuh success, I wish us much satisfication with the automobile, and I hope for a good Seller/Customer relationship. :-) More
