Wonderful, friendly service! I've been coming here for several years for service. The visit before my most recent one was very disappointing because I sat for 1-1/2 hours beyond I've been coming here for several years for service. The visit before my most recent one was very disappointing because I sat for 1-1/2 hours beyond my appointment time before my car was pulled into the shop. I told them about this when I booked this service on-line. When I pulled in, Kline Matthews came outside to greet me and immediately apologized for the previous wait, assured me this time would be different and got me in exactly on schedule. He had read my comments ahead of my arrival and was watching for me to make sure I knew he was aware of what happened last time. I ended up needing warranty work so I was given a loaner car. I was called by Melissa Stamps when my car was ready. Both Kline and Melissa were great to deal with...great attitudes and personalities. More
