Issues Blue Link contacted me 4 days after I purchased the vehicle that there was a maintenance issue. Blue Link could not help me because my Blue Link was Blue Link contacted me 4 days after I purchased the vehicle that there was a maintenance issue. Blue Link could not help me because my Blue Link was not registered. I could not register Blue Link and contacted my sales person several times in order to determine how to do this. Since I had to bring the vehicle in for service (check engine light was now on) I figured they could help with Blue Link. The could not because the vehicle had not been registered to me yet (2 weeks later). After contacting the sales person and leaving messages at the dealership, I did not hear back. I called again and the paperwork had not been sent to the registration office and they had to overnight the paperwork. Vehicle registration took 3 weeks! More

Great We were greeted as soon as we walking in by Trey. He was friendly as well as professional. He made sure he knew what we were looking for in a car and the price range we needed for our budget. The first car he showed us ended up being the only one, we loved it! Trey made us feel comfortable enough to test drive it for as long as we liked while he showed us perks such as the smart audio system, blind spot detector, rear view camera, and much more. He even filled it up with a full tank of gas. While we were waiting for him to put more air in the tires to make sure it was ready to take home, we met Jim, the owner. He congratulated us and even snapped a picture for us. All in all, we had a great experience at Hyundai. All the team members were friendly and genuinely wanted to show us every detail to the options they gave us to make sure we made the right choice. More
