I arrived at Noon, an hour early. I was advised that I could get in early no problem. That was the last personal information I got. I a text that I didn't review immediately, as I didn't realize that the text was how you communicated extra services that you wanted to sell me. I was advised by Tyler (?) that he would come get me when the vehicle was ready. I was never advised of the possible wait time, not advised that text would be how they would communicate before service would commence. After 2 hours - for an oil change!- I went and asked. I was then advised that 1 1/2 hour was normal. I had 2 small children waiting at Costco for me to pick them up. They got very restless while waiting for the short period for the service to be completed. So, no apologies. Just did you want the extra services? Did I want the car wash? No....I just wanted to leave. Setting expectations is good-over promise, under deliver is never a good idea for client relations. I understand that service takes time, but if I would have had proper expectations I would have been much more patient with the experience.

Mr. Labatos, Unfortunately, we do not administer the warranty provided by Hyundai. The Manufacturer dictates what failures are covered and which are not. We did assist you with no charge coverage for the first failure with your vehicle, but unfortunately your repairs at another facility must be handled through Hyundai Motor America and the Hyundai CUV Warranty.
