This dealership claims to prioritize transparency, yet their practices reveal a different story. They openly impose a $999 charge for VIP-Pro Ceramic Paint coating and an additional $499 for window tintin their practices reveal a different story. They openly impose a $999 charge for VIP-Pro Ceramic Paint coating and an additional $499 for window tinting. To make matters worse, they also enforce one of the highest documentation fees at $999. While these charges are legal, they are clearly structured to exploit customers. My representative, Aaron Howard, even stated that their focus on "customer service" and "customer relations" takes precedence over the sale, all while piling on unnecessary fees and charges with a smile.
