I went to have my routine service at the appointed time and was greeted by Forest Lima. Forest was top notch in taking care of me and my car, from start to finish. I asked him to show me how to access my c and was greeted by Forest Lima. Forest was top notch in taking care of me and my car, from start to finish. I asked him to show me how to access my cabin filter and he showed me without question, in seconds-obviously knowledgeable. Forrest took care of providing transportation for me, to the mall, including Derrick picking me up. Derrick is also to be commended as he has taken me before, regarding transportation. Forrest went over the bill with me, regarding the results found from the service done and checklist performed – that was appreciated. Drew gave me the opportunit contact about my car. The Ioniq5 is in scarce supply and I happened to get lucky locating one at Hyundai of Cool Springs. Drew gave me the opportunity to test drive both Ioniq5s that were on the lot over a two day period and took plenty of time explaining all the features. He is very knowledgeable about these cars. There was no pressure and I found the entire experience to be very pleasant, not something I can say very often about buying a car.
