BUYING A NEW ELANTRA I came in for an oil change for my husband's car and left buying a new car. I was going to make a purchase later on, but decided to look around some. I came in for an oil change for my husband's car and left buying a new car. I was going to make a purchase later on, but decided to look around some. Oscar saw us and began to show us some of the models that we were interested in. Both my husband and myself test drove an Elantra and liked the way it handled. We came back a couple of days later and closed the deal. Oscar set up my bluetooth and showed me how to navigate some of the new features, not found in my other one. Great service and hopefully this will be another great car. More

Friendly Service on Oil Change and Check-up A few days ago, we made a reservation to have our car serviced at my favorite service department. We pulled in on time and they got right to it. I indicated that we were going to be making a couple of trips and that I would appreciate checking everything out. As usual, they not only provided great service, but they washed and vacuumed the car. We were offered a ride to the nearby mall, but we looked and will probably trade in my wife's Hyundai for another one. They take good care of me at this Service Department and I do not feel that they are trying to cheat me on anything. More

Craig, the salesman we worked with and Frank, the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our trade-ins and with the cars we were purchasing. Not only did they get us into the reliable cars we were looking for, but they worked with us on getting the money where we needed it to be. Last time we bought a car, we walked away confused and feeling as if we had been ripped off (we were.) This time, we left feeling confident and had no buyer’s remorse the next day. Above all else, Craig and Frank conducted the entire day with the utmost integrity and didn’t make us feel guilted into buying anything or uneasy at any point. I can’t recommend Hyundai of Cool Springs highly enough. More
