I have bought 5 Hyundais since 2018, 4 from this dealer. Recently, the motor on my Santa Fe, failed unexpectedly. I take care of my cars with regular maintenance. When I asked Carl (manager) to stand behind the car that they sold me, he said “I don’t make the cars, I just sell them!” I will never buy another Hyundai. I would have thought that the dealer would have worked hard to support a loyal customer! I am wrong- this loyalty was very one sided and unfortunately, I was on the loosing side!!! More
