We brought our vehicle in for the 60,000 m. service. Arranged by phone, had additional questions,left phone message to call back, never heard back. At drop-off we asked when it should be ready and what the approx. cost would be. Upon checking email later saw a response from dealership showing a cost 3x higher than estimate. Called immed., had to leave message, so we left immed. for dealership. Upon arrival we found that amount shown on email was some sort of computer glitch & not to worry about it. Later sent email requesting out the door cost for four tires, alignment and rear brake replacement ( turn rotors). Have not heard back as yet. More

Words cannot say how fantastic this dealership was to work with, from beginning to end the experience was 5 stars, the GM Steve made sure that the price I was quoted was the price I paid, Tres in the fin work with, from beginning to end the experience was 5 stars, the GM Steve made sure that the price I was quoted was the price I paid, Tres in the finance office was sure to explain all the add ons that were available but never tried to hard sell me or drag things out.Robert , our salesperson, was professional and courteous and made sure we understood all that our new Tucson SEL had to offer , from the safety items to the entertainment, our crash course in our new car was fun and enjoyable. After an oil change, the tech advisor, Jesse, told me that I have to pay $3000 for timing belt cover oil leak. Then, while I was questioning the issue and his explanation, the price dropped to $1500. When I started questioning this price drop, he told me that oil will leak in my starter and the repair will be double if I do not fix it right now. I took my car to the dealership that usually services my car and the leak turned out to be an oil pan seal leak, which was covered by warranty and was fixed within an hour and a half. Such cramming techniques used by your tech advisors give your dealership a bad name. I will be driving past your dealership to the old place where my car is services honesty and with care. This was my first and last time visiting your dealership and service shop. More
