The only thing that could have made it better is if the work was completed the same day. It took two days (but, in all fairness I didn't have an appointment). The service department was great. The salesmen when I purchased the car was fine. However, the finance department is TERRIBLE and I would never purchase from this dealership again. In fact, verbally the purchased the car was fine. However, the finance department is TERRIBLE and I would never purchase from this dealership again. In fact, verbally the finance manager told me the plan he suckered me into buying covers ALL maintenance on the vehicle, when in fact it only covers oil changes and tire rotations. You don't get the details several weeks after you've purchased the vehicle. We now have a Genesis and this new Santa Fe in our garage, I can guarantee you the next vehicles that I purchase will NOT be from Hyundai, great product, lousy purchase experience.
