Another GREAT Service Experience Once again, the service department exceeded my expectations. Being older, I am more at risk to catch COVID19 then most folks. To that end, I requested a first AM appointment from Steve Shank and when it was confirmed by Nancy Smith she told me that she would reserve a private area during my wait. They not only performed the oil & filter change that I requested but completed 3 other service routines which were covered by the G-90 warranty. The service was completed on time and the car was delivered to me in spotless condition.I have had all my service work on our Equus and G-90 done at this dealership since they have opened.. More
