Another GREAT Service Experience Once again, the service department exceeded my expectations. Being older, I am more at risk to catch COVID19 then most folks. To that end, I requested Once again, the service department exceeded my expectations. Being older, I am more at risk to catch COVID19 then most folks. To that end, I requested a first AM appointment from Steve Shank and when it was confirmed by Nancy Smith she told me that she would reserve a private area during my wait. They not only performed the oil & filter change that I requested but completed 3 other service routines which were covered by the G-90 warranty. The service was completed on time and the car was delivered to me in spotless condition.I have had all my service work on our Equus and G-90 done at this dealership since they have opened.. More
Some areas need improvement I made an appt with Nick. He was with another customer when we arrived and handed us off to his partner Robert. So what was the point of the appt? Robert pulled the car around, showed us the features and let us take a test drive(unaccompanied which was nice). When it got down to the numbers, Robert was very frustrating. He couldn't explain where the numbers were coming from. I'm a numbers girl and had my calculator out. He kept going back to the sales manager. After about the third time, he just brought over the Sales Manager, Josh. Josh was able to explain the numbers (after all he was the one crunching the numbers) and we actually negotiated with him. Robert needs more training. After 2 hours at the dealership, we had to leave because I forgot I had frozen our credit and needed to go home to take of unfreezing it. After unfreezing, texted back and forth with Josh and he sent the finance application. All is good. Overnight, I learned that Costco had a car buying service but they only used one dealer. I got a quote via email from that dealer, contacted Josh the next day and he matched that quote. We made an appt for 4:30 to finish paperwork and pick up car. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for Robert with the paperwork. Again he needs more training because he wasn't sure if both my dauther and I needed to sign papers. Met with Ru the finance manager. During our time, he got a phone call and kept us waiting for a very long time. Wish I had looked at the time but would guess 45 mins. If we hadn't already gotten as far as we had, I would have left. He did apologize profusely and you could see that he was irritated with the situation(salesperson at someone's house who couldn't explain the paperwork so he had to talk to the customer). He was very nice and finished up the transaction. My biggest problem is we were there for 3 hours and there was no need for that since I had already done the negotiating and finance app via email and text. We should have been in and out just to sign everything. The next day we realized that we did not get the cargo net as seen. Emailed Josh and texted Josh with no response. Showed up at dealership and Josh and Robert took care of finding a cargo net. Ru called asking for paperwork already provided and needed something else signed which he said he would email. I was a little aggravated at first but realized he was interrupted during our visit and probably a little flustered and didn't realize what papers he had and was out of his routine. Overall everyone was very nice. Josh and Ru were very helpful. Robert needs more training. I would recommend. More
