They used to be good. Now they suck Took a car in for an 8:3AM appointment. Never heard back so I called them at 5:00PM. They had no idea who I was or what car they were supposed to be working on. I gave them a second chance - they said they would check it and call in the morning. Again - I NEVER heard back from these idiots. I had to call them back. They said the car was ready and they were just working on paperwork. Nope. We went to pick it up and it was still on the rack and they were doing NOTHING. Excuses ... "we're shorthanded", "corona virus" blah blah blah. Terrible customer service. Steve and Andre should be fired today. You guys suck. More

Mixed Feelings About This Dealership This review is for my recent car purchase. The dealership is professional enough and the sales experience was positive in most regards. The reason for This review is for my recent car purchase. The dealership is professional enough and the sales experience was positive in most regards. The reason for my reduced rating, 3 stars, is for the financing department. I had intended on using my own financing but was unable to reach my bank. The financing department said they would match my offered rate. Having experienced dealer financing before I told them I did not want several credit reports run. Now that I see my credit report they ran my credit file twice. Why!! Also this vehicle was for my daughter and having limited credit I knew I would need to co-sign the loan. They added my name as the primary instead of my daughter against my request. I specifically asked that her name should be the primary borrower and mine as the co-signer only. They failed to do this. As a side note the bank they used, Capital One, linked the loan that "is my daughters" to my existing credit card account automatically without my consent and they said they are unable to unlink it. What a mess. More
