Basic Service Visit Always a great experience with all staff. Service department does a great job of keeping you updated if you choose to wait. Easiest purchase of my life! This is my 3rd Hyundai from my 3rd dealership and I don’t regret making the 1 1/2 hour drive from Athens to Cumming to make my purchase. I reached out to the dealership on Monda my 3rd dealership and I don’t regret making the 1 1/2 hour drive from Athens to Cumming to make my purchase. I reached out to the dealership on Monday they responded by Friday and I rode away in my 2020 Tucson! The process was so smooth that I know I asked several times if they were sure! Josh Angenend, the sales manager, personally sent me an email informing me that the vehicle was already pulled around and that they were looking forward to my visit. I appreciated the hospitality of introducing himself and an important customer even before I arrived. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by several of the staff who individually introduced themselves to offer any assistance needed. The prices were exactly as I saw online and vehicle was just as the pictures I viewed. The financing side (Arusha "Ru" Hunter) of my visit was a completely different experience than any other dealership I've purchased a vehicle from. Ru went over EVERYTHING that was included with my car purchase with details on every line item I was paying for. Before even discussing the financing portion, he spent over an hour informing me of each warranty and protection plan that I was receiving. He listened to what my needs were to find the best plan, rather than trying to sell me something I don't need. It was a discussion and educational experience which I feel extremely confident about what I paid for. Chris Swancey, the salesperson for my purchase, also made this purchase a great experience. From beginning to end of my visit, he made it a priority to provide top quality customer service. He was focused on not wasting my time and kept me informed of each next step with accurate time estimates of when I did wait for the paperwork to be drafted. During my purchase I had to return my rental car prior to taking home my new car which Chris had no issue with assisting me. Even during the financing side of my visit, he continued to be available and provided updates on the vehicle getting detailed and notified me whenever he was stepping away. This dealership treats you like family and truly appreciates your business and your satisfaction during the entire process - not just a transaction. This was specifically made clear with concerns to my health and safety as I purchased my vehicle during the Coronavirus shelter-in-place. I greatly appreciated how they modified the process to ensure the least amount of time spent in close proximity with me, especially with preparing all of the paperwork prior to calling me into Ru's office. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and will continue to share my car buying experience with others because of it.
