Great Experience I brought my car in for warranty repair. My service advisor was very helpful. Here's my issue: each time they do my valet service, they require me to send (online) a copy of my drivers license, insurance card and credit card. Do you all not realize how dangerous that is?! Why can't you keep that information in a safe so I don't have to do this EVERY time endangering my information and possibility of identity theft. It's like you want to makeit too difficult to do valet service. Would love to hear from someone - not at that shop, from corporate - regarding this issue! More
