Zero stars would more accurately represent my experience at Hyundai of Cumming. It took me taking my car in 4 times and paying over 1,000 for them to fix a taillight. They refused to give me a loner car aft at Hyundai of Cumming. It took me taking my car in 4 times and paying over 1,000 for them to fix a taillight. They refused to give me a loner car after my 4th trip in, making me wait for my vehicle to be fixed after 3 previous trips an hour to the dealership only to have them NOT fix my car. Was extremely unsatisfied with this locations customer service especially from management. Andre and Damion were helpful and understanding, but on my final trip in a manager came to discuss my situation with me but didn’t do anything to ease my frustration as a customer and ultimately were unhelpful. More
