Amazing Customer Service! Eric Cheney was amazing from the first moment we arrived. Customer service Called to make appointment for a recall and oil change. Was given a 3 hour time. Brought car in and arranged for my husband to pick me up. Went in and stood waiting. Told to take a seat. After 15 min and one inquiry by me Damian came over to talk to me. He said the part needs to be ordered. Needless to say I got a little upset. From that point I was treated Like I was the problem. I did stay to get the oil change. No discount for my time. No apology. I had to ask if they would order the part and call me. An abrupt yes was the response. I did get the service manager involved and he was no help. Again no apology for my wasted time. Approximately two weeks later I received a call, but did not recognize the number. No message left on my phone. I called back next day and asked if the recall part was in and set up an appt. I can’t remember the name of the women, but she was polite. Then I received a call from Damian. He said he got a message I wanted to talk to him. I said no. I explained I had an appointment for recall. He was abrupt and conversation ended. A few minutes later I got a call from Debra who wanted to set up my appt for the recall. I explained I had already spoken to Damian and another person and had an appt. She told me Damian could not set up appt and I could not speak to him because he was busy out in the shop. At that point I started laughing and told her that this was the third phone call to set up appt. I think I said you guys need to communicate better with each other. I brought car in for recall. Once again had to stand and wait. After ten minutes Damian took my keys. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. I like my car and was considering purchasing a new one. I will not be buying another Hyundai and will never go to this dealership again. Rude and unprofessional is the standard here. More

Bad, Awful, Horrible, Mismanaged and lack of caring. Went in for a detail for one my my salesman car(Tucson). Said a service was needed also. I said do whatever it takes. Service writer calls the next morning states needs brakes on a voicemail. I tried to call back all day long. Left three messages with receptionist because Adrian’s voice was full. Left message for service and general manager to call me, never heard from either one. Adrian calls back later that night I tell him he should do a better job of communication with the customer. He tells me I’m one of 20 of his customers and nothing special. I responded by telling him he should treat every customer like they are the only customer. He responds by telling me that was not going to happen because they were grossly understaff and that was upper management decisions that he has nothing to do with. Several days later we picked up the car and no detail was done. Said they forgot about and do we want the car or not. We took our car and WILL NEVER return there ever again. More

Hoping this experience was an exception Took my SantaFe in for brake pad change. I was given an estimate of 90 mins for the service to be complete. I left the dealership to get some things d Took my SantaFe in for brake pad change. I was given an estimate of 90 mins for the service to be complete. I left the dealership to get some things done and was promised I would get a notification when done. 4 hrs later I had not heard anything. Calls to service rings and rings and then goes to voice mail. I called every number and finally got the receptionist at the front desk. She had to go track down the service person. 10 mins later, I get a call saying car is ready... Really!!! It was probably done and waiting... Had to go on long trip (which is why I wanted the Brakes serviced to begin with)... It was horrible. Every time you apply the brake, the steering wheel and car vibrates like crazy! Does not matter what speed - very uncomfortable especially when on adaptive cruise. Clearly the technical did not polish the rotor or install the brake pads properly and NO ONE bothered to test it after install. Now I have to take time off and take it back to the dealership. Not what I expect when I go to the dealership and pay premium price. More
