Stayed late to seal the deal! KJ my salesmen was so helpful. I had him running around like crazy trying to help me narrow down my choice in vehicles! At one time he and the sales manager had me surrounded by 3 cars up front. They stayed well past closing to close the sale. This is my second Hyundai I hope it is as great as my last one. He was very knowledgeable about this model and never pressured or pushed me for the sale. He was more interested in making sure I knew everything about this vehicle before we discussed any "numbers". When we got to the negotiating there was no constant back & forth between Chris and his management. I told him what I wanted to pay & we worked it out to meet my expectations. Unresponsive to Customer Concerns / No Follow Up I purchased a used vehicle on 8/24/19. Two days later while looking over the car in my driveway I noticed that the front bumper appeared to have sepa I purchased a used vehicle on 8/24/19. Two days later while looking over the car in my driveway I noticed that the front bumper appeared to have separated. The bumper was refurbished prior to the sale and it looks as though it was not properly reinstalled. In addition, I was reviewing the service records in greater detail and found that the vehicle was sold past due a routine oil change. I have made several attempts to contact my sales rep, the director and the GM at the dealership via phone and email over the past 3 weeks, but have yet to receive a return call, or email. It is becoming increasingly obvious that the only thing this dealership cared about was the sale and not the quality of the product and service provided. More
