Warranty work Dalton went over and beyond to get my warranty work approved. I had brought my Elantra in for work on May 20 th. It was assessed and parts ordered. Be Dalton went over and beyond to get my warranty work approved. I had brought my Elantra in for work on May 20 th. It was assessed and parts ordered. Because of family emergency I was unable to return until July 8 th. The mileage was past the warranty period. But, Dalton worked to get it approved again. A part for the left caliber was actually for the right wheel. It was an incorrect part in the box. He gave me a rental car and my car was fixed the next day. I was given a credit for the next oil change . Since I had the oil changed that day it was immediately applied for the service done on July 8 th. I was very pleased with the service that Dalton provided. He was courteous and through. More

Timely Service Appointment I was able to have all service work completed during the scheduled appointment. I was pleased that they washed the var after the service was performed. Dalton Fisher, my service adviser is an outstanding member of the service department staff. On the negative side, the phone service of the dealership is poor. I believe the answering service is off site and I talk to a different person each time. I am asked a ton of questions which the girls are not able to answer. They have no knowledge of the whereabouts of the service advisers. On one call, I was told that no service advisers were available and that I would have to wait 4 days before I could come in for an oil change. I finally had to talk to the sales department to get an answer about service. More
