Timely Service Appointment I was able to have all service work completed during the scheduled appointment. On the negative side, the phone service of the dealership is poor. I believe the answering service is off site and I talk to a different person each time. I am asked a ton of questions which the girls are not able to answer. They have no knowledge of the whereabouts of the service advisers. On one call, I was told that no service advisers were available and that I would have to wait 4 days before I could come in for an oil change. I finally had to talk to the sales department to get an answer about service. More
