Good Experience...Except The wait was not bad at all for my rear brake job considering a car wash was involved. The outside of my car looked amazing! So did the inside until I The wait was not bad at all for my rear brake job considering a car wash was involved. The outside of my car looked amazing! So did the inside until I lifted the floor mats. The mats were only vacuumed on top and all of the grass beneath it remained. I couldn't believe my eyes. I've never experienced that before. Oh well...off to the car wash to vacuum. Other than the vacuuming, the experience was good. More

Nearby dealership wanted to charge twice the money I took my car to the Buford dealership and they wanted to charge me twice as much to fix my car. I left and took it to Cumming because even though I a I took my car to the Buford dealership and they wanted to charge me twice as much to fix my car. I left and took it to Cumming because even though I am an older female, I have a brain. I did not tell anyone at the Cumming location about my previous visit to the Buford dealership. The customer service team was awesome and fair. They fixed my car and I saw nothing but exceptional customer service as I watched other people being taken care of. Very highly recommend the Cumming location. When it is time for a new car, I will drive 6 hours to go there and buy it. More
