Good Experience...Except The wait was not bad at all for my rear brake job considering a car wash was involved. The outside of my car looked amazing! The mats were only vacuumed on top and all of the grass beneath it remained. I couldn't believe my eyes. I've never experienced that before. Oh well...off to the car wash to vacuum. Nearby dealership wanted to charge twice the money I took my car to the Buford dealership and they wanted to charge me twice as much to fix my car. I left and took it to Cumming because even though I a I took my car to the Buford dealership and they wanted to charge me twice as much to fix my car. I left and took it to Cumming because even though I am an older female, I have a brain. I did not tell anyone at the Cumming location about my previous visit to the Buford dealership. The customer service team was awesome and fair. They fixed my car and I saw nothing but exceptional customer service as I watched other people being taken care of. Very highly recommend the Cumming location. When it is time for a new car, I will drive 6 hours to go there and buy it. More
