Great Service I love getting my car serviced here and Andre is great to work with. Something that is really disappointing is that when you call to schedule an appointment, you are connected with a third-party scheduler, but they make it seem as if you are talking to someone directly at the dealership. I requested to talk to Andre to schedule, but Marcy told me that she would handle it. I was calling to schedule an oil change, but specifically asked what other services I needed. I was told only an oil change. Then I remembered I was not sure when my last tire rotation was. So she looked it up and told me that yes, I was due for a tire rotation. I asked what else and she said nothing. I trusted that she was looking at my service record and could see exactly what had been done on all prior services, but apparently she was not. I went in for my service, and as I was checking out, Andre pointed out the other services that I needed and should schedule those soon. It was my 60,000 mile service that was due, (I am currently just over 60K miles) so it was a long list and would take several hours. Andre was great and suggested I call him directly next time to schedule. I know that if I had called Andre directly to begin with, he would have looked into my service record and seen that I was due for other services. Or at least had asked me my mileage and would have come to the conclusion that my 60K was due. I only get my car serviced at the dealership and I count on the dealership keeping track of my services and telling me what do do. Now I need to schedule another time to bring my car in to have the other services completed. Had a known this when I scheduled for my oil change, it would have all been done in one appointment. I would like to suggest to all clients to get the direct number of your service advisor and contact him directly to schedule appointments, avoiding the third-party scheduler. More

Great and Friendly Service as soon as you walk in the door. Overall I had a great experience and the sales lady was very kind. The sales team did not pressure you into getting anything you were not interested i Overall I had a great experience and the sales lady was very kind. The only problem I had is finance team tried to give me high interest rates, but that is any dealership just always remember to negotiate. This did not turn me a way, because we all came out happy at the end. When I need a new car again I will for sure come here again. More

Okay service Setup an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation service but only oil change was scheduled. Service writer added it after they told me I was close to needing two new front tires. I requested a vacuum but it wasn’t done. Maintenance dash warning wasn’t reset so I had to go back in the service area and ask someone to reset it. More

Good Experience...Except The wait was not bad at all for my rear brake job considering a car wash was involved. The outside of my car looked amazing! So did the inside until I The wait was not bad at all for my rear brake job considering a car wash was involved. The outside of my car looked amazing! So did the inside until I lifted the floor mats. The mats were only vacuumed on top and all of the grass beneath it remained. I couldn't believe my eyes. I've never experienced that before. Oh well...off to the car wash to vacuum. Other than the vacuuming, the experience was good. More
