I’ve been dealing with O’Brian and more recently Hyndai of Ft. Myers for more than 10 years and have obtained routine maintenance when needed. Huge disappointment when They shutdown their free car wash. Service dept didn’t have a clue about the car wash being shut down, and after 4 weeks still hasn’t called me back to let me know if they hav wash. Service dept didn’t have a clue about the car wash being shut down, and after 4 weeks still hasn’t called me back to let me know if they have received the part to replace for a recall. Not sure I would buy from them again?since new management their services have gone completely down hill. More
