I was in for service 3 days at 10am I ask to speak with Dr Powers in regards to an issue that he was made aware of over 2 years ago . We corresponded via email several times . I was told he was in a meeting Then he was on the phone and when I ask again prior to leaving I was told he was not there, he had a Drs appointment BUT he would call me by the end of that day . I'm still waiting to hear from Mr Ray Powers . Ft Myers Hyundai's customer services is absolutely horrible. Every time I have dealt with them there has been problems PATHETIC More

At first my experiance was a nightmare. All i wanted was to buy a car and be on my way . This was 1st time buying at a dealership.
